Process & Logistics

Your design will be delivered to you via email and will take you directly to our design software, where you can review everything, shop the looks, and submit your feedback for revisions.

 It depends on the service you select. We offer both a single room redesign and a multi-room refresh. We work through your home room by room — starting the next space as soon as the previous design has been approved.

That's entirely up to you. As long as we have access and a Wi-Fi password, we can work with or without you present. That said, most clients prefer not to be home during installation — it makes the reveal that much more exciting!

We've got you covered! For ideas and advice, start with a Virtual Consultation. If you're looking for a vision board and shoppable list, one of our E-Design services would be a great fit.

We don't manage construction or renovation projects, but we'd love to help you design with color, furniture, lighting, and décor once the work is complete.

Communication & Collaboration

All communication is handled through the chat feature in our design software, keeping everything organized, time-stamped, and easy to reference.

No problem — every service includes one round of revisions. Once you've reviewed your design, simply reply in our chat with your feedback. It can be as simple as requesting a single swap or taking the design in a completely different direction. Just make sure you've gathered all of your thoughts before submitting — we're good, but we're not mind readers!

This process is all about you! Our detailed design questionnaires give us a deep understanding of your preferences, your lifestyle, and exactly where you need help. And if something doesn't feel quite right, your included round of revisions gives you the opportunity to share feedback and request alternatives.

Wonderful — we love a client who knows what they want! Share your inspiration photos with us and we'll design a space that looks and feels like your desired aesthetic.

Products & Purchasing

We source from well-known retailers you already know and trust. We don't believe everything needs to be custom to look amazing — the artistry is in mixing high-end pieces with budget-friendly finds to create a space that is uniquely yours.

Absolutely. You're welcome to share a list of stores you love or give us general direction — something like "I have a puppy and three kids, this will not be our forever sofa, please find us a great quality save option." We'll take it from there.

We do our best to suggest pieces that are currently in stock, but the nature of online retail means availability can change at any moment. If something we've sourced has a longer lead time than you'd like, we'll find an alternative for you at no additional cost — as long as the request is made within your five-day revision window. After that, re-sourcing is available for an additional fee, charged per item or per hour depending on the scope of the request.

We approach budgeting one of two ways. We can design your space first — and after discussing where you want to invest and where you want to save, the redesign will give you a realistic picture of what to expect. Or, if you have a number in mind, we can work backwards and design with your budget as the guide. Either way, we'll make it work.

Pricing & Services

Yes! We offer a wide range of standalone services to fit every need — from advice-only Virtual Consultations, to E-Design for spaces large and small, to in-home and on-site design, styling sessions, and installations. Whatever stage you're in, there's a service for you.

We don't offer payment plans, but because all of our services are available à la carte, you're never locked into more than you're ready for. Start with what fits your budget now — whether that's a Virtual Consultation or a single room design — and add more when the time is right. Many of our clients work with us in phases over time, tackling their home one space at a time.

The biggest difference is location — and how hands-on you'd like us to be. 

Our e-design services are perfect for clients anywhere in the country, and everything is handled remotely through our design software. You'll be responsible for measuring your space and gathering the details we need to get started.

Our on-site services are available to clients in and around Charlotte, NC. We come to you, so there's no need to worry about measuring or figuring out what information to gather — we handle all of that in person. It's a great option for clients who want a more hands-on experience and prefer to hand off the design details entirely.

Yes! Our virtual services are available nationwide. For in-home and on-site services outside of the Charlotte, NC area, travel and accommodations are covered by the client.

Absolutely. We will always consider what you already have and find ways to incorporate it into your design. That said, if we come across an option that better serves your desired aesthetic, we'll present it alongside what you have so you can decide for yourself.
