Ready to bring us into your home? We’d love to help. Every in-home design journey starts the same way — with a conversation. Before we ever step through your door, we want to understand your space, your goals, and how we can best support you.
Your $500 Design Discovery Meeting fee is applied toward this service.
Sometimes a space needs more than a refresh — it needs a full reimagination. After your Design Discovery Meeting, we get to work: measuring, space planning, sourcing furnishings, and building a cohesive vision board that brings the entire
design to life. You’ll receive a complete redesign plan for one room, including a clickable, shoppable list you can execute at your own pace. One round of revisions is included, and an MHD Install can be added if you’d like us to handle the final layer.
This service includes time, travel, and a one-room redesign plan. You manage ordering and installation. Additional travel costs apply for locations more than 30 miles outside Charlotte, NC.

Perfect for clients who want focused guidance across several spaces without a full redesign. During your in-home walkthrough, we tour your home together and build a tailored plan — covering layout advice, paint color direction, and sourcing for key pieces like rugs, mirrors, lighting, and furniture. You’ll walk away with organized, shoppable recommendations ready to execute at your own pace. An MHD Install can be added if you’d like us to complete the final layer.

This is a hands-on, full-day styling experience — and here’s what’s included from start to finish:
Design Discovery Meeting — We start with a dedicated video call to get to know your space, your style, and exactly what you want to accomplish before we ever arrive.
Personal Shopping — Before your styling day, we shop on your behalf, sourcing the finishing touches, accessories, and décor that will bring your space to life.
Travel to Your Home — We come to you, arriving with everything we’ve sourced and ready to get to work.
On-Site Restyling — We roll up our sleeves and handle every detail — surface styling for shelves, coffee tables, consoles, and sideboards, layering in pillows, throws, and accessories, and making the kinds of small shifts that transform how
a room feels.
We Pack Up and You’re Done — When we leave, your space is finished. No boxes to unpack, no decisions left hanging. Just a refreshed, styled home you’re excited to be in.
This does not include assembling furniture, hanging lights, curtains, or artwork. This is a styling session only. Additional fees may apply depending on scope of work.
Every client who wants in-home design support begins here. Our Design Discovery Meeting is a dedicated video call where we get to know you, walk through your goals and vision, and discuss which of our services is the right fit for your space.
If we decide to move forward together, your $500 investment is applied directly toward your On-Site Design fee — so nothing is wasted, and you start your project with confidence.
Once we’ve had our Discovery Meeting, here’s how we typically move forward:
Your home is more than one room — and sometimes you need support that spans all of it. Our Home Design Partnership is designed for clients who want ongoing design guidance as their home comes together.
This is a collaborative, evolving relationship. We work alongside you as you go — helping you select paint colors, finishes, and hardware, and guiding the overall design direction of your home, room by room, at a pace that works for you.
Every Home Design Partnership begins with a Design Discovery Meeting — a video call where we learn about your home, your goals, and how we can best support you. From there, we schedule an on-site design meeting to see your space in person and map out a plan together.
Pricing is customized based on the scope of your home and the level of support you need. Please note that M. Herriott Designs does not manage vendors or contractors — we are your design guides, not your project managers.
